| Daniel
P. Doty was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2006. Mr. Doty graduated
magna cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law
in 2006 and summa cum laude from the University of Baltimore
Robert G. Merrick School of Business in 2003. Mr. Doty joined
Schulman & Kaufman as an associate after being a law clerk
with the firm for four years. Mr. Doty has argued before the
Maryland Court of Appeals, the Maryland Court of Special Appeals,
and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit;
has appeared in cases in the Circuit Courts for Baltimore City,
Baltimore County, Harford County, and Talbot County, Maryland
and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland,
Northern and Southern Divisions, as well as before the Baltimore
City Board of Municipal Zoning Appeals; and has tried cases
in the District Courts of Maryland for Baltimore City, Baltimore
County, and Montgomery County. Mr. Doty’s concentration
areas include civil rights, constitutional law, discrimination,
insurance coverage, insurance defense, and real property litigation.
